JULY CIRCLE – Manifesting Magic with JaimeJuly 20th 12:15PM-3PM
Join us for this magical experience from our sponsored circle host, Jaime Miller! In this workshop, we’ll learn an assortment of mindfulness tools, how to incorporate crystal grids into our manifestation practice, and a fundamental understanding of intention setting.
Jaime will explain why we set intentions, and how to follow our intuition while making them, as well as how to feel into our body when our intention becomes our reality.

Something I realized when I was severely disabled for 2 years from a work injury… Without our health life can feel pretty rough. It’s hard to dream when your body feels terrible & I was just trying to survive. When we start investing in a healthier lifestyle manifesting seems to just flow. Changing lifestyle habits can feel hard, but once we start tuning into how things make us feel… that’s when changing habits gets easier. When we start realizing I wanna feel better, then we start listening to our body. Taking mindful pauses, when I eat this how do I feel? When I hang out with that friend that gossips, how do I feel?
Taking mindful pause to feel into our body, listen to what it’s telling us. My name is Jaime and I’m a mover, a shaker, connected to deep wisdom by following my heart. Professionally I’m a nurse case manager. I see every shift how lifestyle affects our health & chronic illness.
