Circus Jam

The goal of this group is to celebrate, share, and grow the circus arts in the North Bay.

When: Wednesdays, 6pm – 8pm
Description: Circus Jam meets every Wednesday in our theater to work on their performance. If you would like to perform for people, come on out. Learn how to juggle. Hula hoop. Walking on stilts. Magic. Taming the lion… well… there are no lions here, but there are a bunch of people who like to perform and you can join them every Wednesday in the Theater at 6pm

SILKS WORKSHOP THIS WEEK!

Circus Jam will include a silks workshop taught by the amazing *Carolina!
The schedule for this workshop will be:6:30PM-7:30PM for beginners (those who have never tried or are very new to silks), and7:30PM-8:30PM for beginner / intermediate levels (for those who have some experience like climbing and foot locks, but are looking to learn more)*Carolina brings decades of experience helping both children and adults explore movement through gymnastics, dance, martial arts, and creative play. Her work as a circus tumbling and acrobatics coach led her to aerial arts in 2016, where she found a practice that seamlessly blends strength, grace, and artistic expression.

As the owner of Eclipse Aerial Arts, Carolina is dedicated to helping students build confidence, resilience, and longevity in their movement practice. She teaches throughout Sonoma County, including Flying Frog Academy in Rohnert Park, Vertex Climbing Gym in Santa Rosa, and Circus Waldissima.
Please fill out Carolina’s waiver at this link if you would like to take the workshop (there will also be paper copies available that night)
